Responsibilities

• Assist the Purchasing Team in the scope of procurement, sourcing, and inventory control. Good skill in price and contract negotiation with manufacturers, cost analysis, purchase orders and documents follow up, explore new products opportunity and logistic arrangement.
• Liaise with internal parties such as the sales and warehouse team to keep track of inventory movement.
• Monitor suppliers performance to ensure quality, safety standards and schedules.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and inventory control.

• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by team with good team player.

Requirements

• Young, energetic with enthusiasm and flexible.
• Can work under pressure.
• Diploma or University degree in any related disciplines.
• 2-3 years of purchasing / merchandising and importing experience.
• Experience in building materials  will be an advantage.
• May require to travel oversea.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Chinese Word Processing.
