Responsibilities:

• Check delivery date with watch and packaging vendors for PO placement

• Issue PO to vendors using company ERP system

• Ensure vendors to send packaging method to US team for approval

• Monitor and ensure shipment will be on time

• Coordinate ad hoc delivery issue

Requirements:

• F5 (HKCEE) / F.6 (DSE) or above
• Good command of written and spoken both English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Highly responsible, work independent and excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Minimum 1 year experience in trading firm
