Location : Central ( 5 Days- 4:00p.m.-12:00a.m. )Salary : 14-22K

Required qualification:

• Good/ Fair command in Portuguese is a must
• Preferable have experience in call center or banking industry
• Good communication and customer handling skills, aggressive and hardworking
• Fresh graduate will be welcomed

Job duties:

• Provide one-stop service to customers by handling phone and email enquiries and processing applications to enhance customer experience
• Implement customer retention programs
• Ensure all operational and sales activities are in full compliance with both internal and external regulatory and compliance requirements
• Provide constructive feedback on operational procedure/ workflow for service enhancement and efficiency improvement
• Participate in ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned
