Responsibilities:

- Support the team head to manage and overview different projects;

- Conduct valuation and review valuation independently;

- Provide guidance and training to fellow team members;

- Liaise and develop expert/client network;

- Provide support to clients on ad-hoc inquiry on valuation;

- Provide valuation advisory support to clients during discussions;

- Provide support in due diligence

Qualifications:

- University graduates with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience in reputable appraisal or advisory firm.
- Solid project and time management experience
- Research skills and ability to analyze financial statements and financial projection
- Strong Excel knowledge and good report-writing skills

- Good understanding in portfolio valuation
- Good understanding in pre-deal and post-deal valuation advisory
- Candidate with Bloomberg system knowledge required
- High initiative with good team work and good communication skills
- Individual is expected to travel in the PRC or overseas on assignments
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
- CFA and/or CPA or relevant professional qualification will be advantageous.
