Job Description
- Minimum 10 years operation experience in forwarding business
- At least 5 years supervisory or management experience
- To overseeing all trade including ocean outbound and inbound traffic
- Good command of spoken and written in both Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Good skill in team building
- Report to the Ocean General Manager
- Candidates have less exp also will be consider as Assistant Manager/ Sea Operation Supervisor
Operation Clerk – Ocean freight export ( 14-17K)
Responsibilities:
- Perform ocean (LCL & FCL), export operations including data entry, arrangement of pick up and delivery, issuance of bill of lading, documentation and filing, and following up with overseas agent,
- Able to handle full set of export documents
- Communicate and coordinate with customers, team members and service providers
Requirements:
- F.5 or above, with 2 years or above solid experience in operation in freight forwarding is an advantage
- Independent, responsible, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure and overtime
- PC knowledge, proficient in MS Outlook, Word & Excel and English & Chinese word processing
- Fair in both English and Mandarin
- Immediate available preferred
- DSE full cert including English is minimal and with better academic qualifications is surely a plus
- Sound PC knowledge
- preferably with knowledge related to Freight Forwarding is preferred.
- Following daily bookings / releasing s/o / answering inquiries from local or overseas shippers / overseas offices
- Preparing for daily / weekly / month Reports
Air Operation Clerk Responsibilities :( 14-17K )
- Form 5 or above
- Min 1 year working experience in freight forwarder
- Good PC skills, fair English & Mandarin
- Handle full set of export document, operation & consolidation
Documentation Clerk – ocean freight export ( 12-15K)
- 2-3 related working experience
- Form 5 or above
- solid experience on AMS & ISF filing
- Sound PC knowledge
