Requirements

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Hospitality Studies or related disciplines
• 6-8 years relevant working experience in serving privilege guests/members
• Experience in hospitality or aviation industry with at least 2 years as supervisor
• Ambitious, detail-oriented, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibilities
• Highly customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication of spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus
• Good computer knowledge in using MS Office including Word and Excel
• Less experience will also be considered as Senior Guest Relations Officer

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team to achieve and optimize the operations efficiently
• Effectively manage members’ interaction, identify needs and provide solutions
• Maintain close guest relationship to render the best customers’ experience
• Responsible for preparing performance reports and updating members’ database
• Provide training and guidance to the team for achieving the quality services standard
