Responsibilities:

• Handle general sales processing and clerical work.
• Contact clients and follow-up sales status.
• Responsible for handling quotation
• Maintain office storage
• Data entry
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments

 Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• 1 to 2 years' solid experience in performing clerical duties
• Good telephone skills of handle incoming calls & cope with clients
• Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Chinese word processing, any system in advanced
• Positive, willing to learn & take up other supporting duties of the sales department
• Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, flexible & detail-minded
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure & independent, well-organized & a good team player
• Immediately available
