Job Description
Major Responsibilities
- To handle service inquiries and customer complaints
- Answering telephone hotline in professional manner in order to respond users requirements
- To keep records and follow up on all customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
- 3-5 years' related experience,
- Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Good spoken & written English and Chinese
