Duties:

• Provide administrative support to daily sales administration activities
• Prepare sales quotations
• Prepare and arrange sales order / documentation for pre and after sales services in the department
• Coordinate and liaise with suppliers and the team member
• Follow up orders, quotation and mock up matters
• Provide general administrative support and handle other ad-hoc assignment is required

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office is a must
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Self-motivated, detailed mind, independent and good team player
• Able to work under tight schedule
