Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Personal Stylist Team in preparing the merchandise for customer styling  and maximize customer satisfaction
• Ensure all merchandise for customer styling are presented according to company standards
• Assist Personal Stylist to attend the customers and deliver personalized shopping experience
• Check and ensure the reserved items are managed within the company policy; and update related parties about the feedback and status of the merchandise in store
• Possess the latest market trend and brand knowledge with thorough understanding of customer behaviour to reach expectation

Requirements:

• Passion for fashion, customer experience and creativity are essential
• Relevant experience in luxury fashion industry
• Good insight into the fashion trends and brands
• Sociable with strong communication and interpersonal savvy
• Good team player with strong self – motivation and result driven
• Well spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
