Job Descriptions:

• Oversee and closely monitor daily retail operations in order to maximize sales, productivity and manpower efficiency;
• Review and streamline existing operations and procedures and implement strategic sales plan;
• Lead, coach, motivate and train the retail team members to achieve company’s target;
• Handle customers’ complaints and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction;
• Manage new stores pre-opening and renovation projects;
• Coordinate with internal & external parties to ensure effective implementation of sales, marketing and PR events;
• Participate ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines;
• At least 6 years solid retail sales or store operation experience in which 2 years at managerial level;
• Prior exposure in jewellery or luxury goods is highly preferred;
• Proven track record in new store set up and staff training;
• Dynamic and well organized personality with strong leadership, people management, teambuilding and presentation skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external parties;
• Good command of Chinese, English and Mandarin;
• Immediate available is highly preferable.
