Responsibilities:

• Testing customer sample in the company’s own lab in accurately with due diligence and standard from Regional office in Europe
• To provide technical support / Training for customer service team & sales team members
• To manage customer enquires as well as provide best solutions for client needs
• To maintain lab operation in well (environment & standard, equipment maintenance, chemical  waste management, safety)
• To report to Lab Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree Holder in Chemistry or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ sales experience working in lab-testing environment; or Lab Chemist related working experience in manufacture or regional office.
• Knowledge of analytical instruments and chemical laboratory safety procedures
• Technical experience is essential; Able to operate laboratory equipment (Droplet size analyzer, Ion Chromatography, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer)
• Be able to work under pressure and in high efficient environment  
• Good analytical person with good trouble shooting mind-set and customer orientated person
• Occasional travel is required
• Good in English and Mandarin
