Reporting to Head of 3PL Management - Crossborder Logistics, you will be responsible for:

• Experienced in dealing with airline and air freight forwarding industry
• Leading to build up and maintain good business relationship with airlines and air freight forwarders
• Experienced in crisis management by setting contingency actions and plans to minimize impact
• Solid understanding in aviation network planning and implementation
• Strong leadership / team management and communication skills
• Excellent planning and data analytical skill
• Able to work independently and under pressure

 In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

• Degree holder, preferably in Transportation, Logistics or Operations Research related discipline
• Minimum 8 years working experience in airline, transportation or logistics industry with at least 5 years in managerial level
• Familiar with air transport practices, and Hong Kong and China Customs rules and regulations is an advantage
• Proven experience in setting up and managing aviation network is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Pro-active and able to work under pressure
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent in English is a must; proficient in Mandarin is highly preferred
• Enthusiasm for e-commerce and its opportunities
