Responsibilities

1. Manage suppliers for on-time delivery
2. Handle data input for order fulfillment
3. Communicate collaboratively with oversea factories and shanghai office
4. Standard logistics operations background, and familiar with all shipping procedures 
5. Prepare reports and analysis works for management, including banking
6. Handle any ad-hoc tasks as instructed by senior staff

Requirements

1. Diploma or above in Logistics or Supply Management preferable
2. 1 year or above relevant work experience
3. Sound knowledge in PC operations (MS Word, Excel)
4. Good problem solving skills, able to work independently and effectively
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Smart, energetic, professional, well organized and willing to learn 
7. Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Fresh graduate with positive working attitude will be considered as Logistics Administration Clerk
