Reporting to the SVP - Fulfilment of Cross border, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and owning key logistics projects to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operational processes
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to track, share progress and communicate to key stakeholders in the organization
• Manage 3PLs and collaborate with internal stakeholders that own part of our e-commerce value chain and are responsible for ensuring a delightful customer and seller experience
• Work closely with Business Intelligence to identify key challenges and opportunities in our operational processes and strategy

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

• 3-5 years experience as a Project Manager or Operations Manager in Logistics or Supply Chain
• Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects in and executed on a tight schedule
• Demonstrated capability for problem solving and decision making
• Familiarity with import / export processes, customs regulations, duties and taxes in the SEA region
• Be comfortable working with 3^rd parties and establishing SLA’s
• Knowledge of E-commerce & Logistics systems solutions (e.g. WMS, OMS)
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to demonstrate at the same time an analytical mindset, structured and creative thinking
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for e-commerce and delivering a delightful customer and seller experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics or Supply Chain from leading university or institute
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project and/or product management
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Logistics and Supply Chain
• Fluency in English and Putonghua
