RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support daily routines on billing process and account receivable process.
• Follow up with client on overdue invoices and prepare monthly statement.
• Coordinate for the vendor payment process and follow up on long outstanding vendor payments.  
• Support Work closely with regional sales team and local sales personnel in HK and China for sales admin related matters.
• Other ad hoc work as may be required from time-to-time.

REQUIREMENT:

• Diploma or above in Accountancy or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in billing and account receivable process.
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule in a dynamic working environment independently
• Good spreadsheet and IT skills
• Proactive and self-motivated 
• Highly responsible and initiative person, a team player
