Key Responsibilities

1. Leading a small team in HK office;
2. Supervise daily accounting operations including but not limited to accounting transactions processing, credit control, inter-company transaction reconciliations, cash flow management, etc.;
3. Responsible for month-end closing and prepare financial reports and analysis;
4. Liaise with external auditors and regulators for annual auditing, tax filing and other compliance requirements;
5. Implement group accounting policies and controls for operations; and
6. Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

1. Degree holder in accounting or related disciplines; qualified accountant is preferred;
2. At least 6 years' working experience in trading/commercial company, experience gained from audit firms will be an advantage;
3. Familiar with HKFRS/IFRS;
4. Knowledge in ERP is an advantage;
5. Well versed in MS Excel;
6. Ability to meet tight deadlines;
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and team player;
8. Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin; and
9. Occasional travel to our production facilities in Guangdong Province may be required.
