REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

• Reporting to Group Finance Director

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Prepare monthly management accounts and consolidation of the company and overseas subsidiaries
• Prepare financial reports and other relevant reports as required by the customers and other regulatory bodies
• Control and monitor ERP System inventory aligns with physical inventory counts and reportHandle advanced accounting entries and related matters, such as sales revenue realization, cost identification and recognition
• Assist in reporting system implementation
• Prepare period end closing matters, such as schedules preparation, ledgers and control accounts reconciliation
• Perform ad-hoc assignment as and when required 

REQUIREMENT

• Degree holder preferable in Accountancy or related disciplines with professional accounting qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in financial accounting / management reporting
• Strong PC skills, well versed with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge in ERP is a definite advantage
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, responsible and detail minded
• PRC exposure is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferable
