Excellent Career Opportunity for commercial minded Finance Executive for a private equity firm, focusing on buyouts of pan-Asian industrial firms across multiple sectors including manufacturing, oil & gas, engineering and services.

Reporting to the Senior Executive, you will play a key role in the following areas:

• Providing accounting and financial insights to companies during deal assessments
• Lead financial due diligence process on target acquisition working closely with senior team and 3rd party advisors
• Carry out the post acquisition, work with partners and portfolio company to implement financial priorities
• On-going review of portfolio companies financial planning, reporting, forecast and budgeting activities
• Ensuring portfolio companies' financial governance and audit procedures are in place

Requirements:

• Candidates with advance business or accounting degree preferred, such as CPA or MBA
• Minimum of 15 years of working experience is required
• Direct experience and strong track record in the Asia region is a must
• Track record in managing a sizeable team and transformation projects
• Strong in ERP and financial system implementation
• Ability to consult and advise operating and corporate leaders on issues related to accounting, financial reporting, internal control and regulatory issues
• Strong leadership skills with high level of self-motivation and initiative
• Proven analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communicational skills, both verbal and written in English
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of internal and external clients
