Responsibilities:

• Support Account Receivable management include Debt Recovery, Aging monitoring & reporting
• Validate billing documents and prepare accurate information for billing arrangement
• Closely monitor performance of new business and overseas projects for management's review
• Provide regional support on financial result tracking, forecasting and deliver reports in timely manner

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance/ Business or related discipline
• 2 year relevant working experience preferably in sizable commercial corporation, fresh graduates are also welcome
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Well versed in MS applications (MS Excel) is a must. Experience in using other software in managing database will be a plus
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese and able to communicate in Mandarin
• A team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skill
• Responsible, proactive and attentive to details with accuracy
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Analysis Executive
