Responsibilities:

• Report to CFO on daily financial operational routines
• Serve as a key member to provide decision support analysis, and modelling financial impacts of initiatives under consideration
• Identify and implement ongoing process improvement and cost efficiencies for the organization and target to deliver process simplification and driving efficiencies
• Partner with regional & local finance teams to track and support new initiatives and controls
• Work closely with the headquarters' finance team to prepare the monthly group consolidation accounts, and quarterly board papers
• Analyze key performance indicators to measure business and operation performance
• Act as company secretary and to support secretarial work for the board of directors
• Maintain good banking relationship and handle investor relations
• Hands on experience with overseas new investment projects
• Take up ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or similar discipline
• Big 4 trained and a Qualified Accountant
• Prior experience in handling company secretarial matters in a listed company is highly advantageous, membership of ICSA/HKICS preferred
• Strong commercial acumen with min. 10 years relevant experience in the finance and operation management in manufacturing industry or in sizable MNC
• Preferably with IPO experiences
• Conversant with IFRS accounting standard
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills and problem solving skills
• Excellent financial modelling skills and be presentable
• Familiarity with Financial systems such as SAP system
• Good interpersonal & communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a demanding and fast pace environment
• Strong command in both verbal and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• High caliber professional from Mainland China is also welcome
• Station in Hong Kong with occasional travel
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as the role of Senior Finance Manager
