Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Track changes of bank account management in European region, and ensure the member units update the relevant account information into the HNA Group's fund management platform.
• Supervise European regional member companies of the bank account opening, closing, update, account rationalization; Notify members to complete account authorization and pooling, and maintain related documents.
• Facilitate communication between overseas banks and member units so as to complete the authorization and cash concentration work.
• Handle the daily settlement instructions for European cash pools, and create payment instructions.
• Prepare statistics and analytics of offshore bank accounts and cash.
• Prepare filling and sending account management documents for internal and external parties.
• Draft departmental reports and other written work.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education qualification：Bachelor degree or above.
• University rankings: Top 10 in Mainland; Top 5 in HK; Top 100 in Times higher Education or US News and World Report; Top 50 within the U.S or top 10 within other countries in Times higher Education or US News and World Report.
• Major: Finance and economics related.
• High proficiency of English and Mandarin, IELTS score 7.0 or above preferred.
• Practitioner certificate: Accounting, banking or securities related certificate (such as CPA, ACCA, CFA).
• Business knowledge required: Sound Grasp of basic financial and accounting knowledge, good understanding of financial working standards, high proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Work experience requirement: At least 2 years' work experience in Financial Industry preferred.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Treasury Manager.

Incorporated in Hong Kong, the International Treasury Company serves as the offshore fund management platform for the Group to monitor the Group’s offshore bank accounts and funds. Through account inquiries and regional fund management, it performs offshore treasury management function by applying systematic management techniques and advanced technology, and as a result, to perform globalized monitoring of offshore accounts, cross-border funds allocation and liquidity management.

The main functions include, but are not limited to, the followings:
(1) Management of all offshore accounts and capital;
(2) Establishment and management of all offshore accounts monitoring framework;
(3) Establishment, operations and management of all offshore regional capital pools;
(4) Allocation of offshore regional capital;
(5) Establishment of offshore accounts and funds management system;
(6) Financial consultancy services for offshore units.
