Key responsibilities:

Inventory Control

• To ensure system inventory aligns with physical inventory by ensuring all policies and procedures are followed properly;
• To prepare regular inventory reports and data analysis for management review;
• Communicate proactively with warehouse and shops for operations and inventory control issues
• Assist in stock take preparation and arrangement with shops and different respective departments.

Accounting

• Perform general and daily accounting duties : focus on purchase and account payable
• Verify vendor invoices, process vouchers and payment arrangement.
• Assist in month end closing, prepare month-end and year-end schedules

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Accounting / Business related discipline
• Over 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in retail operation and inventory control
• Able to work independently, with strong analytical mind and good communication skill
• PC proficiency (MS office & Chinese typing)
• Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
