This government statutory body is now looking for a Head of Finance to lead their Finance & Accounting functions and be part of the management team to support the growth of the business.

This person will be part of the management team and responsible for the overall finance and accounting operations. Responsible for the credit and cost control, budgeting and forecasting, treasury and cash flow management, and capital investment, etc. Prepare financial modelling and analysis; advise management team on business strategies as well as lead due diligence and feasibility studies on business expansion.  In addition, to ensure financial policies and systems are comply with corporate governance standard and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting , Business or equivalent; Qualified Accountant
• At least 15 years of relevant experience with multinational companies
• Strong business acumen and leadership skills; confident to command impact with Board members
• A change agent that can transform and build a performance based culture
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
