Responsibilities

• Prepare cheques, T/T forms for payments and maintain petty cash account;
• Perform expense claims, payments and bank reconciliations;
• Prepare daily accounting duties such as vouchers preparation, data entry and invoice checking;
• Prepare full set of accounting books and ensure all accounting information comply with company policies in a timely manner;
• Support the compliance with all statutory regulations and audit requirements;
• Perform ad hoc projects/assignments as requested

Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma in accounting or related disciplines, degree holder is an advantage;
• 2 years or above relevant working experience;
• Familiar with ERP will be a definite advantage;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and able to handle multi-tasks;
• Detail-minded with strong initiative and eagerness to learn;
• Independent, mature working attitude;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
