Our client is the regional office of an overseas packaging solution company. To cope with their expanding business they are looking for a high calibre person to act as Accountant:
     
Job duties:
     
1. Reporting to the General Manager
2. Handle full set of management and tax accounts in HK and China
3.Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and reports to HQ in US
4. Willing to travel to Dongguan regularly to oversee their WOFE's accounts
5. In charge and work with tax and legal agents in both China and Hong Kong
6. Prepare various budgets and analysis for their business units
7. Work with and supervise their current part time accounting service provider
8. Building a team to compliment the future business expansion

Requirements:
     
1. Accounting qualification or similar competencies. Min 8 years or above experience
2. Finalist or nearly qualified would also be considered provided demonstration of relevant experience
3. Familiar with HK and PRC accounting practices, and compliance of PRC operations
4. Familiar with handling inter company transactions, exposure of multinational company is a plus
5. Familiar with the China tax system
6. Proficient in English and Mandarin
7. Knowledge of running a small business operation
8. be able to work independently and under pressure
