Responsibilities:

• Oversee the efforts of multiple client audit engagements
• Manage engagement profitability by developing realistic budget, proper resources planning, progress monitoring and timely billing
• Participate and support partners and directors in new business target and proposal opportunities and maintain productive work relationship with client management
• Provide technical supervision, develop and mentor service team staff and assess their performance for engagements and periodic reviews

Requirements:

• Qualified accountants with at least 7 years of professional audit and assurance related experience
• Significant client engagement experience with SME, familiar with SME Financial Reporting Framework and Standard, HKFRS for Private Entities and HKFRS
• Possess strong client relationship/client management skills
• Strong communication and writing skills in both English & Chinese including Putonghua
• Comfortable in networking with clients/contacts for business development opportunities
• Capable of training, coaching and developing team staff
• Willing to travel on business needs
• Demonstrated success managing other audit professionals
