Job Description:

• Prepare audit schedule, financial statements, tax computation and reports;
• Take a project leader role to provide a wide range of corporate finance services to clients including IPO, Listing Rules and/or Takeovers Code related transactions and capital raising exercises;
• Assist in any ad-hoc assignments when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder major in accounting;
• Proven initiative and hardworking;
• Self-motivated and able to work independently;
• Proactive with positive attitude and good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua;
• At least 4-5 years working experience in a CPA firm;
• Experienced in IPO execution is required;
• Qualified to be registered under SFC in relevant regulated activities will be an advanage.
