Credit Control Supervisor –HKD20-25K

Our Client, a reputable international firm is looking for a Credit Control Supervisor to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will have credit control and collection experience. If you’re an individual who is flexible, dynamic and have a passion for leading a team to achieve targets, look no further, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

• Credit control and collection
• Lead from the front, and manage a team of credit agents
• Monitor and manage customer issues
• Manage customer discrepancies (Provide a solution)
• Produce performance statistics and instruct actions for advancement
• Liaise with the internal Commercial teams to understand customer needs
• Reviewing the day to day operations (Provide a process)

Requirements:

• Degree Holder (Accounting/Finance or related discipline)
• 3-5 years’ experience in credit control
• Supervisory experience
• Strong experience in debt collection and credit analysis
• Work under pressure
• Fluent Cantonese and English (verbal and written)
