Responsibilities

• To support the Head of Market Risk & Product Control on the overall daily market risk monitoring and product control function in UOBHK
• To identify and perform independent monitoring of market risk exposure arising from Treasury
• To perform daily valuation and to measure daily PnL for all Treasury products
• To assist in liquidity risk and interest rate risk reporting for Banking Book
• To work on projects and to draft policies / procedure manuals on market risk management
• To provide adhoc support and analysis on daily business and operation needs

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in Product Control, Treasury Middle Office or Market Risk Management/Control from bank(s)
• University degree majors in Finance, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Risk Management or equivalent 
• Valuation skills on different financial products
• Solid MS Excel and VBA programming skills
• Members/Qualification of any other job related professional bodies holder are advantages (Eg. FRM, PRM or CFA)
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
