Job Description: 

• Customer acquisition activities on e-mail, telephone and personally
• Doing research on potential customers, projects and markets
• Preparing and holding customer presentation
• Consequent follow up of leads
• Dealing with customer enquiries (consulting, submitting quotes, following up bids, processing orders, writing performa invoices, ordering and dealing with 360 suppliers, organising transportation and customs clearance, surveying customer satisfaction)
• Exhibitions and fair trades (preparing, participating and following up)
• Regularly reporting to managing director

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and design (Hotel) / architectural business recommendable
• Language skills: fluent in speaking and writing English language, Chinese not required but is beneficial
• Driving license is obligatory
• Creative and solution oriented thinking
• Open to new challenges
• Reliable and structured person
• Self-consistent and determined character
• Open-minded in terms of adapting to and accepting different cultures
• Computer Literate (AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Project)
• Travel occasionally if needed
