Requirements:  

• University degree in Business Administration, Packaging, Engineering, Manufacturing and related disciplines;
• Minimum 10 years solid experience in packaging supply chain and project management aspects, preferably gained from the multinational organizations in the FMCG industry;
• Proven exposure in the conversion of corporate, market, regulatory and supply chain initiatives from conceptual phase into solid feasible production of packaging materials and finished products;
• Demonstrated experience in controlling and managing cost, brand, quality, regulatory and corporate objectives in the course of production;
• Exposure in working under the R&D function with assigned project leads;
• Proven technical understanding and profound knowledge of packaging engineering and packaging materials, printing and converting technologies;
• Strong people and communication skills with good team spirit;
• Hands-on computer skills in MS Office such as MS Project & MS Visio, a working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop etc;
• Sound SAP knowledge will be a definite plus;
• Excellent proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Be prepared to travel frequently.
