Title : Contract PMO Project Management Office (banking)

Responsibilities:

• Participate in finance project, liaise with users & IT on requirements, perform UAT and assist project implementations
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure systems requirement, implementation and system change requests are carried out properly on a timely basis
• Collaborate and arrange meeting with related parties to follow up project issues
• Handle enquiries from internal stakeholders regarding the project status
• Participate in ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience with solid business knowledge in banking industry, finance/large scale project management experience is an asset
• Proficient in PC operations with technical knowledge on SQL and VBA an advantage
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Including Putonghua)
