Job Responsibilities:

• Comprehend, analyze, and prioritize user requirements. Research and identify 3rd party applications that could provide solutions to business requirements;
• Draw up and manage the budget for the maintenance of and capital expenditure on software and applications;
• Coordinate with vendors, internal IT teams and business users to evaluate products and applications;
• Manage vendors in integration and customization of solutions: negotiate price, monitor quality of deliverables, measure the fulfillment of the vendors’ contractual obligations, and so on;
• Project management: formulate plans and define tasks for application projects. Manage release and changes of applications. Coordinate UAT and set up change schedule with end users and stakeholders. Communicate progress of deliverables regularly to stakeholders and manage exceptions. Anticipate, communicate, and manage project risks;
• Ensure documentation on design, specifications, testing, configuration, administration, and operation support of products and applications is up to date and complete;
• Work with in-house support teams and vendors to define operation and support procedures of each application;
• Select and adopt framework for development, customization, and integration of applications;
• Keep abreast of development of new system security threats and vulnerabilities. 

 Qualification:

• University graduate with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in information systems design, software development and integration, and project management experience in stock broker firm with deep understanding on equity, future and options of multiple markets.
• Knowledge and practical experience in key technologies –Java, .NET, C#, SQL, MSSQL Server, web HTML5, Linux, Windows, and so on.
• Work experience in Equity, Equity Derivatives, and Loan applications;
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language;
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks;
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
