Job Summary: 

• Contract/tender bidding for ICT Solutions (Information & Communications Technologies Solutions) - lead the contract bidding from start to closeout
• Coordinate with supplier, sub-contractors and customers to ensure project deliverables 
• Lead the whole cycle of project process, resource arrangement and technical matters, ensure the project deliverables are meeting standards
• ICT technology sourcing, solution formation, and presentation 
• Provide consultation or suggestion to external/internal customer when required

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Business / Information Technology / Electronic / Computer Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related to contract or tender bidding 
• Experience in ICT (Information & Communications Technologies Solutions) / Engineering System / Software Development / Infrastructure System and Projects
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint 
• Prefer to be able to use Primavera, MS-Project, Microstation, AutoCAD 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Able to communicate in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Good team player, good project management skill and communication skill
