Responsibilities:

• Provide helpdesk and troubleshooting support
• Install hardware and software for users, software include standard software, in-house and external applications
• Resolve users' application and hardware problems as requested by IT Customer Services
• Interact/coordinate with other support teams to resolve users' problems
• Support IT initiatives and projects such as the rollout of new or enhanced desktop facilities, relocation of equipment, and supporting user devices
• Be responsible for incident handling and progress logging

 Requirements:

• College Graduate/ Diploma (preferably)
• At least 1 years Practical Experience on Deskside support Service and sound Technical Knowledge
• Good communication skills and fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Traditional Chinese)
• Familiar with Microsoft Window 7, Microsoft Office/Outlook 2003/2010
• With MCP (preferably)
• Mature with strong initiative, independent with pleasant character
• Good Customer service skills is an advantage
• Immediately available is definitely an advantage
• Location: Fo Tan
• Working Hours: Monday- Friday (09:00- 18:00) , Sat (09:00- 13:00)
