Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall coordination and management of construction projects including progress, quality, cost and customer relations
• Coordinate with clients, architects and consultants
• Monitor site labour, materials and plant resources to ensure they are in accordance with the project cost budget
• Prepare master programme, manpower, materials and plant schedules
• Ensure all short-term programmes are properly reviewed and communicated to all parties concerned
• Ensure proper safety conduct and standards of all site operations

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Building Studies / Construction Management / Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in Construction Industry
• Good supervisory skill
• Enthusiastic about job and strong career mind
• Strong leadership, logical thinking and organization skill
