Job Description :

• Managing company quality assurance activities such as alert on new regulation in EU and checking on validity of certificate & report

• Liaise with external testing house to ensure all products are tested appropriately and comply with EU safety standards as well as brand’s requirement

• Provide Technical advice to Merchandising team

• Conduct Vendor assessment and approval in relation to quality and ethical standards

• Lead the QC team and manage the quality control activities

• Perform root cause analysis when there is customer complaint and work on corrective action

Requirement :

• Min. 8-10 years QA experience or product management within a European retail or buying office environment

• Experience in Small Home appliances product is a must

• Familiar with EU Testing requirement and standard

• Strong interpersonal skill and be able to communicate and negotiate between China factories, inspection institutions & testing lab

• Effectively communicate ongoing activities with both international and China team

• Team player and have excellent problem–solving skills

• Willing to travel to China
