Location: Sheung Wan, Hong Kong

• Prepare budgets and proposals for potential clients
• Maintain relationships with suppliers in order to ensure fast response times and cost savings
• Proactively seek out new suppliers and technologies to ensure relevance and market leadership to current / prospective clients
• Setup meetings with prospective clients through email campaigns, phone calls, and other strategies as set by the team
• tain marMainketing database of current, past, prospective clients
• Attend meetings with current / potential clients and obtain event briefs
• To develop strong business acumen skills and the ability to question client on their business objectives in order to identify where we can best add value.
• Such other duties as management may from time to time reasonably require

• Interest in building and growing business networks to generate event opportunities
• Understands trends in the market and able to identify potential opportunities (preferred)
• Able to develop relationships, trust & credibility with key suppliers and business leaders
• A positive attitude & willingness to learn
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
• Written and spoken Cantonese and / or Mandarin required
• Basic excel, word, powerpoint experience preferred
