Main duties :

• Monitor and analyse capacity utilization and revenue contribution from flights per station in the assigned area of control
• Follow up on stations’ allocation performance, provide suggestions to Regional Revenue Management & Capacity Control (RCC), Finance, and Sales Department on optimization and improvement
• Identify, on ongoing basis and in concert with local Sales/Customer Service (CS) team, revenue and capacity optimization potential by ways of capacity sharing and reallocation, assigning priority to premium traffic flows, flexible pricing, etc.
• Follow up on yield dynamics and reports, support local Sales/CS team in capacity coordination with regional office and HQ
• Ensure ongoing follow up and coordination of schedule changes with regional RCC and HQ-OCC on behalf of the assigned area of control
• Study and share benchmarking revenue management practices and technology solutions in Hong Kong, suggest ways to improving the regional system of revenue and capacity management
• Carry out other individual tasks (analysis, reporting, forecasting, follow-up) as may be assigned by regional RCC management

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree holder (any area)
• At least 3 years working experience in airfreight or logistic industry, clear preference is given to previous experience in revenue and capacity control, supervision and support, analytical and coordinating work
•  Good understanding of airfreight market dynamics in HK and South East Asia
•  Previous first-hand experience in CS or related tasks (booking, follow up, customer handling)
•  Strong analytical skills, focus on quality end result, and attention to detail
•  Flexibility and adaptability to changes, ready to take initiative and responsibility
•  Good communication and presentation skills, ability to work independently, remaining loyal and dedicated to teamwork
•  Ability to handle conflict situations, good interpersonal skill, open mind and adaptability to multicultural working environment
•  Proficiency in both oral and written Mandarin Chinese and English
• Candidate with intensive RCC experience may be considered as Supervisor
