Key roles and duties

• Perform production planning, scheduling
• To supervise, control and support the daily operation of production lines to ensure the quality of semi-products/finished products
• Review and implement the food hygiene and quality system
• Ensure quality assurance, safety measures and required standards are complied with government regulations or related authoritative bodies
• To work closely with all Quality team to monitor, review, improve operational actions including staff training program, ISO22000 and HACCP implementation;
• To assist the ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Food Science
• At least 5 years related experience in Production field of food factory.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office & both Chinese and English typing
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Knowledge and experience in HACCP, ISO 22000 would be an advantages
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Production Officer
