Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine test on raw materials, finished products and utensils. Consolidate and document the testing results.
• Perform hygiene inspection and monitoring in kitchen, workshops and sales floor to ensure the operation complies with all statutory requirements and in-house hygiene standard.
• Work with external hygiene audit team to conduct training to direct staffs and consignment staffs promoters who work inside AEON Stores.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Science related subject, preferably in Food related disciplines.
• Certified FEHD Hygiene Manager with basic knowledge of Food Chemistry, Microbiology, GMP and HACCP.
• 2 years working experience in Food & Catering industry, preferably with at least 1 year solid experience in the field of quality assurance in retail-stores operations.
• Sensory evaluation skill is needed.
• Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer operations (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing)
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
