Responsibilities:

• Reply general enquire including free time, schedule, exchange rate, ETC....
• Handle consignee complain, especially on damage container case
• Follow up long idling container not empty return after cargo collection.
• Backup Inbound Sales to process statistic

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above with minimum 3 years relevant work experience in liner / forwarder company
• Fluent English and Chinese including Mandarine
• Good computer skills (i.e. Outlook, Excel / Word)
• Inbound Document or CSR experience if possible
• Immediate available is highly preferable
