Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and develop a category supply chain team equipped to engage current and future business challenges
• Responsible for delivering category KPIs and target, managing and developing a supplier base capable of sustaining the growth in direct imports and implementing cost out initiatives
• Develop and implement best-in-class supply chain solutions in the category to align with company strategy
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including sourcing, quality assurance, manufacturing teams to drive optimisation objectives and targets
• Monitor supplier performance and development, assessing and improving capability in alignment with company strategy
• Other ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or above in supply chain re related discipline
• Minimum 7 years supply chain experience in international buying office or trading company, of which 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong management skills and business acumen
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and project management skills
• Good understand of manufacturing process, retail and direct sourcing business
• Experience in managing a team with excellent leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, including Mandarin
• Frequent business travel required
