Duties:

1. Handling statutory audit
2. Handling profits tax computation, enquiry and investigation;
3. Handling and supervising accounting assignment
4. Handling special assignment on Merger & acquisition in HK, PRC & Overseas
5. Assisting audit and assurance services to listed companies & Pre-IPO companies

Requirements:

1. University or Diploma graduate in Accounting.
2. Student member of HKICPA/ACCA or other professional accounting bodies;
3. Over 1 year solid accounting experience (For Audit Intermediate), Candidate with less experience may be considered for junior level
4. Travel to China is necessary
5. Command good Cantonese, English and Putonghua
6. Hard working and willing to work overtime
7. Good PC Knowledge, interpersonal skill and responsible person.
