Job duties:

• Handle full set of accounts including month end and year end closing on a timely basis;
• Perform periodic stocktaking;
• Assist in preparation of various reports for management’s review;
• Supervise and provide guidance to subordinate on daily operations;
• Assist in preparing budget & forecast;
• Ensure maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial/operational procedures;
• Assist in system modification and upgrade;
• Assist in annual audit;
• Assist in general administration and human resources work;
• Assist in any ad-hoc assignments to meet business needs.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy or equivalent;
• 3 years working experience in accounting and auditing with at least 1 year’s experience in supervisory role and retail industry;
• Preferably with experience in audit as well as commercial firms;
• Able to work independently & to meet tight deadlines, detail-oriented, responsible and be a good team player;
• Good knowledge of computerized accounting system and proficiency in application software;
• Good command of spoken and written of English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Proficiency in MS Office with solid excel worksheet skills.
