Job Duties

• Perform general accounting duties and control procedures
• Maintain proper filing system
• Monitor daily bank operations and prepare monthly reconciliation
• Assist in month end closing, preparation and reconciliation of schedules
• Assist in formulating monthly financial reports and management reports
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Form 5 graduate or above with LCC Intermediate or equivalent
• 1 year or above working experience in accounting is preferred
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• Good communication skills in written and spoken Chinese / Mandarin and English
• Well-organized, attentive to details, self-initiated and responsible
• Willing to learn, able to work independently and good working attitude
• Discreet in handling confidential information
• Immediately available is highly preferred
