Responsibilities:

• Assisting department head in handling corporate finance assignments, including mergers and acquisitions, setting up and operating PE funds, and other fund raising activities 
• Executing business transactions
• Coordinating the work of other professional parties on the transactions  
• Communicating with regulatory authorities, including SFC and the Stock Exchange  
• Keeping abreast of corporate developments and rules and regulations

Requirements:

•  Graduate from a reputable university
•  Accounting, Legal, and/ or CFA qualification will be advantageous
•  At least 4-5 years' solid relevant working experience, either in external audit or corporate finance, with good understanding of Hong Kong Listing Rules
•  Embrace mergers and acquisitions experience
•  Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities
•  Analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
•  More experienced candidate may be considered for the position of Senior Finance Manager – Aviation (M & A)
