Job Description
Member of HK listed MNC - an integrated provider of strategic natural resources and key commodities. Principal activities include the exploration, development and production of oil and coal, the import and export of bulk commodities as well as investments in aluminium smelting and manganese. – is looking a SENIOR ACCOUNTANT – with details as follows :

Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent with ACCA/HKICPA
- Minimum 3-year experience in handle full set accounts, consolidated accounts & budget
- Working experience in Big 4 is highly prefer
- Sound knowledge of both HK and PRC regulatory controls of accounting and taxation
- Experience in Oracle ERP System & Flex Account System would be an advantage
- Business level spoken and written English, Putonghua & Cantonese
- Detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- IPO or Mergers & Acquisitions experience is an advantage
- Work in an Accounting Department of 6 members
- Report to the Accounting Manager
- Supervise two Accountants & one Asst Accountant
- Prepare group consolidation accounts and consolidated packages
- Prepare group annual budget and quarterly forecast
- Provide financial analysis reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action
- Oversee the financial matters of the subsidiaries in China and overseas
- Liaise with external auditors to prepare financial reports under statutory requirements
- Handle other ad hoc duties as required
