Treasury Manager - work in HK

Responsibilities:

• Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow.  Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment and operation
• Ensure that sufficient fund are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
• Manage a group of financial professionals to perform treasury functions including: cash management, weekly cash-flow forecast, foreign currency dealings & hedging, fund allocation & risk management, etc to enhance the funding utilization efficiency
• Using hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the Group’s borrowings, as well as on its foreign exchange positions
• Coordinate and liaise with financial institutions for fund allocation, financing and management, maintain business relationship with our primary bankers
• Manage corporate financing and re-financing activities
• Ensure proper calculations of monthly FX impacts in all countries in the Group
• Advise management on the liquidity aspect of its short and long-range planning

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Min 8 years treasury experience, min 3 years of which at managerial level in a large scale multinational firm
• Solid experience in corporate treasury and understanding of banking products including hedging tools
• Strong negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills
• Proven interpersonal skills, can work across all levels from within an organization and external parties
• Less experience candidate will be considered as Assistant Manager

2) One of Listed manufacturing company in HK/PRC. They are looking for : 

 (Senior) Treasury Officer (Station in PRC - 珠海)

*** More experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Manager - Treasury ***

Duties:

• Handle treasury related activities including cash management, cash flow management and loan management, FX management for the Group including HK and China companies
• Liaise with HK and PRC banks on credit facilities, funding and banking facilities and build positive working relationship with banks
• Review internal controls over the treasury function and build treasury policies and guidelines
• Ensure adequate liquidity, prepare treasury reports and recommendations to the Group
• Ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Finance, Accounting or any related disciplines
• Qualified accountant is definitely an asset
• 5 years or above solid working experience of treasury experience
• Experienced in HK-listed companies is highly preferred
• PRC exposure is highly preferred
• Familiar with treasury products, loan terms and structures, cash flow forecast and management reporting
• Strong analytical skills and sound business judgement for effective decision making
• Good at both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Stationed at Guangdong area- 珠海
